Hiring Warehouse Technician.

CDL Drivers are responsible for transporting goods from distribution centers to customer locations using a truck. They are also required to perform inspections and load/unload packaged products to/from the trailer to customer facilities in many cases.  All drivers must follow appropriate safety procedures at all times. 

CDL Drivers perform many of the following tasks:

• Managing proof of delivery paperwork from customers.

• $10 per hour
• Operate, maintain and clean manufacturing machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical failures
• Complete work orders and requests in a timely fashion
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing or other related fields
• Familiarity with manufacturing machinery and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload

• Sets up and operates press brake equipment to form customer specific parts
• Assures proper operation of equipment by monitoring quality of parts produced and conducting 1st article inspections
• Assures materials exiting press brake machines meet drawing requirements and quality standards
• Maintain an orderly area around utilized machines and drop areas, housekeeping and material staging areas
• Perform general preventative maintenance on machines
• Adhere to quality policy at all times
• Follow written quality procedures for specific job functions assigned

Required Skills:

• Minimum of one year experience utilizing press brake equipment in a steel fabrication, service center or manufacturing environment preferred
• Other experience will be considered
• Ability to read & interpret documents, manuals &/ or blueprints
• Ability to accurately read tape measure, calipers and micrometer
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply & divide all units of measure using whole numbers and fractions
• Crane & Forklift experience required
